Box Workout

Ideal for beginners: an introduction to the fundamentals of boxing technique and footwork. This class is designed to lay the groundwork for all boxing formats, focusing on basic punches and simple combinations, movement, and coordination.
Box Classic
A boxing-focused class that builds on the fundamentals.
Combining cardio elements with technical boxing work, this format develops sharpness and coordination, while improving punches, combinations, and footwork.
All levels are welcome, but it is recommended that you are familiar with the basics.
Abs Ass Attitude
A circuit-based class with a clear focus on abs and glutes. Targeted, highly focused moves build strength and deepen body consciousness through controlled, repeated sets.

Pain & Pleasure

A science-backed cardio class built on the 6×6 protocol. Four high-intensity intervals push your pulse toward its threshold, with active recovery in between to sustain energy.

Ripped
A full-body workout that combines the sweat and calorie burn of cardio training with continuous, connected movement.

Ripped Pump
Built to go deep: a full-body workout using structured, intentional supersets (A/B format).
